1. Acceptable Use
Users are responsible for all content generated through Demure AI. The platform must not be used to create harmful, illegal, or deceptive content. We reserve the right to suspend any account found to be violating our safety guidelines or abusing system resources.
2. Billing and Credits
All purchases of credits or subscriptions are final. Credits represent a license to use computational resources on our platform and have no monetary value outside the platform. Refunds are only issued in the event of major system failures that prevent the consumption of purchased services, as determined by our support team.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to update it promptly should it change.
4. Service Limits
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally perform maintenance or updates that limit access to certain models or features. Job processing times are estimates and can vary based on system load.
5. Modifications to Terms
Demure AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
